The "Ammerlaan-Beuken Fund" was established by notarial act on November 3, 2006.
The objective of the Fund is:
"to financially support young talented scientists in the field of physics, for continuation of studies at home or abroad",
("het financieel ondersteunen van jonge getalenteerde wetenschappers op het terrein van de natuurkunde,
voor vervolgstudie in binnen- of buitenland".)
The capital of the Fund will be 50.000 Euro.

- in March 2008 to J.K. for the support of PhD studies in Cosmology
at the University of Cambridge,
Cambridge, United Kingdom,
by 2.500 Euro.
- in June 2009 to B.M.W. for the support of PhD studies in Theoretical Physics
at the University of Cambridge,
Cambridge, United Kingdom,
by 5.000 Euro.
- in June 2011 to R.I. for the support of PhD studies in Mathematical Physics
at the John Innes Centre, Norwich,
United Kingdom,
by 10.000 Euro.
- in June 2012 to B.v.M. for support of MSc studies in Physics
at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Lausanne, Switzerland,
by 2.250 Euro.
- in June 2013 to WvdS for support of PhD studies in Theoretical Physics
at the Perimeter Institute, Waterloo, Canada
